It wasn't a total loss this morning though, Alexis, my 6 year old daughter went with me and we had a great time

Ours opens Apr. 26. I'm going tomorrow to see if I can't hear where they're roosted at and do some scouting. Better luck tomorrow FLIPPER. Atleast your daughter had a good time, that's the most important.

Went out Sat...had three talking off the roost and that's all she wrote- nada after flydown except for 'yotes! ...and RAIN, RAIN, RAIN!!

Saturday morning, I'll be waiting with stick and string. I may or may not wait for them to fly off roost before I flip an arrow

Since that day is my wife's B-day, I only have an hour or two to play. The following week will be more serious for chasing birds.
