Tripod Heads

I bit the bullet the other day and spent more money than I should have on some new binoculars. I'm planning to spend a fair amount of time glassing with them mounted on a tripod and think I have things figured out with regards to which tripod I want and binocular mounts; the last piece of the puzzle for me seems to be which tripod head to go with. Anyone have any advice on likes and dislikes?
