Throttle controller?

My tundra has a very touchy throttle, now that my daughter is driving I'd like to tone it down a bit to save on tires and gravel at the end of the driveway. Has anyone installed one and have any suggestions or hot takes on them?

I have a pedal commander on my f-150. Wouldn’t have bought it for myself but it was a gift. Works as advertised and I actually find it quite useful in the wintertime as it is pretty squirrelly on the snow/ice. Slowing the pedal response done helps quite a bit

I sent my daughter down our road to the hwy with a rake several times. When that didn’t work a five gallon bucket half full of 1 3/4 minus emphasized the point.
