First buck I have seen this year that has come into my meadow without his headgear. Pretty early, he was a dinker too. At least he had pretty small pedicles.

First buck I have seen this year that has come into my meadow without his headgear. Pretty early, he was a dinker too. At least he had pretty small pedicles.

Seems like the first guys always drop right around Christmas. Saw a buck today that I'm going to lose sleep over, really hoping he's gonna stay on public for me.

Big blacktails start dropping on Christmas and in another week the medium ones will be bald.
