I don't know why there are so few who post. Maybe because there bows are not up to trophy standards?

Good one nut.
I hunt with both a bow and a rifle.
Or make that --I try to hunt with ----
I look at it as just another way to enjoy the hunting season.
Another reason to get up early and work are bunn's off,to get sweaty ,smell bad and like it
I love my bow but I look to my rifle to bring home some meat maybe one of these days I will stop getting the shakes when an animal presents a shot

Nut ,Steve and I had a blast on the last hunt.
We had shot's at Deer,both of us missed.
I did another one of those dumb move's (pull back and OH NO my arrow flip's into the bushes)I have to remember to put finger behind the realise while pulling!!!!
Steve missed a fox by a hair.
I saw a badger but he runs faster then me.
No real close encounters with elk ,did have then within 100 yards and pissed .
We took a few day to do some sight seeing LOL
I leave again on Friday,so there might be alittle hope for one of us yet.
Our Rifle Antelope hunt starts on wed.,we will be there early so we can still hunt elk with our bow's.
So once again ,if its legal and in my range ,shaky jake is going to give it a try.
