Swift Reloading data

Is anyone willing to share a page out of a more recent Swift manual?
I need load data for their 286gn A Frame in 9.3x62.

Oddly my Swift No. 1 manual only lists 250gn and 300gn.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Not perfect but here is what Hodgdon specifies for the 286gr. Partition:


As always, start low and work your way up.
