Just thought I'd post and let folks know Cabela's has Swarovski ELs (x42 and x32, not the x50) on sale right now. I don't know if it's a new normal price with their new bino coming out, but it's a pretty good deal if you've been looking. You can get gift cards at raise.com and then go through activejunky to get quite a bit off. If I hadn't just bought my SLCs in December, I'd probably be picking up a pair.

I was told it was another product line not a replacement. However, it seems crazy for them to carry three separate high end lines...

For now, nothing will be phased out. The EL 32 and EL 42 will drop in price and the NL Pure will be marketed as the flagship binoculars.

It’s a great deal on the ELs. I’d jump all over it if I didn’t get the rolling ball effect from field flatterers, my SLCs just work better for me.

Love my ELs. Never felt like I made a mistake buying them. They are probably 2005 model so not the current offering.
