Spud Gun Deer Hunt

OK, OK I know this brain functions a little different.

BUT ! How about building a rifled, sighted, Spud Gun to video to a little "got c'ha" on the tushy, without doing anything more than a WTF ??

Propellant is a question.
Spud diameter.
Chambering.
So is the rifling ( an elongated spring?)

Would a sabot be necessary? What about a sight apperatice?

Hmmmmmm ?

So many questions.

So many trips to Home Depot.....

This really isn't a rant of a drunkin Marine....I'm thinking about trying to pull this off.

Hell I can pop one with the 7mm/08 just about any weekend I want, This is a Challenge !!!

If you get on the internet you can find rifled PVC. There is a whole world out there involving sending projectiles downrange.

I wonder if the potato will clog the rifling and cause more of a problem than it's worth...
