The outfit I work for has 2 grizzly allocations per year. We run a 50% success rate. The number of allocations is based on population estimates for each guide territory.

DK,
I believe we are sold out for 2005 but there may be an opening for 2006. It costs a good chunk of change.

I'm hoping Limited Entry is going to be good to me this year. Too bad I have to wait till Jan to get the results for grizzly.

That is some great bears BCBoy.
I still have a grizzly/goat/caribou combo hunt open in BC. They run 75% success on this hunt for an average. This hunt is discounted.

The hunt takes place in northern British Columbia at the headwaters of the famous Skeena River and borders on Spatsizi Wilderness Park. Historically, this area has been hunted lightly due to it's remote location accessed by a 200 mile flight north of Smithers, British Columbia.

These are reduced hunts.
