Sous vide canning!

So I figured if you can do a euro with it you can reduce tomatoes for sauces with it too. Not having to stand at the stove to keep stirring it is awesome. Makes getting the pasta sauce ready for canning a painless process.

Ummm NO, Other guys used theirs for that. I have only used mine in water. If they chose to use theirs like this, the pressure canner for 45 min would kill any latent bacteria anyway.

Nice. I have the same circulator and have used it for euros and circulating broth in contact with food. They're simple machines that are easy to clean.
