I loosely followed a recipe I saw on Meateater’s instagram last week. I had to leave out a few things, like the Chile’s in adobo cuz I couldn’t find that. I left the refried beans out cuz I wasn’t feeling them, and I added Spanish paprika and cayenne seasoning. All we had for cheese was sharp cheddar and mozzarella so that’s what I used. To braise the legs I used Busch lattes! It still turned out delicious!
