Sneaking into Canada?

Lol about 20 years ago I went to the boundary waters canoe area. Camped on an island then went fishing the next day. On the way back we saw a sign that said welcome to the United states. Whoops must have went across the boarder.
I worked in the bwca in college. I drank unfiltered lake water everyday I was there. It took until about august, but the beaver fever hit right as I was coming back into the US at prairie portage. The Welcome to Canada sign works very good as a back rest.

I will have to quarantine for two weeks when I return after hunting. No problem. It will be harder on my seven year-old grandson. He just got a checkers set and looking forward to whipping Papa.

I'm a US citizen and Canadian landed immigrant so I can still go back and forth. But I am EXTREMELY careful while in Montana. Fortunately most of my exposure is to wind, snow, and pheasants, none of which carry COVID.

When I was 14, I drew a limited cow tag for the northern most tip of the Idaho Panhandle. As light filtered into the sky and day bloomed, my dad leaned over and said:
Dad: Do you see those power lines?
Me: yea
Dad: If the elk are on the other side of them, do not shoot.
me: Why, is that someone else’s property?
Dad: Kinda- that’s Canada.

One year after getting my first Passport, my friend invited me to stay in his cabin near the border. I thought it would be fun to get another stamp in my passport so we headed to the border. The border agent informed me that they DO NOT stamp American Passports and if they saw one from a US-Canada crossing they would consider it very suspicious. So I went on my way...
