Smoking ham

I got wild hog last month I wet cured the ham it’s boneless I’m going to smoke it on my pallet grill at 225 till internal temp reaches 160 does that sound correct to the guys that have done it or is my finished temp to high
 
That sounds correct - I believe you can go slightly lower but you have to hold it at that temp for a lot longer. Once you hit 160 you should be good to slice and enjoy!
