If I read it rightly, I'm not effected by the deadline this week for a DIY Blacktail hunt OTC?

If I am wrong, somebody kick me so I won't miss it.

You are correct ... Sitka Blacktail hunts are OTC ....

Just be prepared to harvest an antlerless deer (Kodiak and PWS areas). Many (most?) bucks have dropped their antlers by now.
