ive just build a falling block hagn in 264magic(264 case)and looking at a sightron 3-12x42 bigsky to shoot out to 500yrds
any of youse have experience with one as they are fairly rare here in nz

I have not looked through one but have herd about them. There are a lot of shooters that really like the Sightrons. Tracking seems good but the optics are not as clear as the SIII. The problem with the S III for hunting is the reticles are pretty fine and hard to see in low light, so I am told. At that price point I think they seem to be as good as any.
