I dropped my binos a while back because I hadn’t attached the tether when I switched to my new SG harness. (I like the kuiu better, the stone slides up onto my neck with the weight of the binos) slipped on a rock and they went flying landing hard on a rock down hill in front of me. Sent them in and about a month and a half later they returned them and charged me nothing for the repair. They replaced the eyecups and threw on new caps and also the cap that covers the threads for a bino adapter which I’ve left off for years.

On a side note, I bought a pair of razor UHD to try out shed hunting until they returned them. Absolute joke. My buddy spotted horns that I simply couldn’t make out at long distance. Returned them the following day.

Hope I get the same experience.

I bought a pair of 15x56 binos specifically for a late NV elk hunt. The optics were superb. They couldn't handle the negative zero mornings. The focus mechanism on one side just quit. Sent them off right after New Years.
