Can you ship ammo thru the USPS. I have about 3k rounds of 22 I need to send to my father in Texas. Thank you for any feed back.

UPS or Fedex only...you need to put on Small Arms Ordinance label on the package.

Is it true you cant ship primers though?? Unless to FFL or something like that?

You can ship primers if you are a certified hazmat shipper. Otherwise out of luck.
