Savage lightweight storm

Does anyone have any experience with this rifle? I’m looking at one for my 14 year old nephew in a 7MM-08

I have one in a 6.5. It’s a super accurate lightweight rifle but I hate the stock. Looking at putting a Boyd’s on it.

I have the apex storm xp 300 WSM and so far I am very pleased, its very nice to shoot, the trigger is the best out of the box I've had.
