Recommendation for meat processor in colorado

Hey guys this question might have already been asked but can anyone recommend a processor for elk around Salida, Gunnison, or Aspen thanks

Hotchkiss Meats... it's a bit of a drive but that's where I'd go.

Steve's does a great job, I've taken 3 elk there, but there a bit finicky and hoses folks. Strict hours/send away folks if they get too many animals in a day/ really don't like to take boned out meat/ etc.

Ever time I go there it seems like there is some dude infuriated because they won't butcher his animal.

Flip side I called Hotchkiss one time from the top of a mountain saying I had an animal down, and wondering what time they closed. They said how about we plan on meeting at 11:30pm and will take care of you. Good folks.
