Recoil Pad?

Found my way into a 1981 Winchester M70 in '06. It's a relatively light rifle I'll be using spicy handloads in, so I anticipate something more than the current bare wood stocked to mitigate recoil would be worth investigating. Any recs other than the basic limbsaver slip on rig for a recoil pad that doesn't alter LOP too much or involve bubba-ing a nice original rifle? Thanks in advance!

The best looking will always be the grind to fit pads. I have pachmayr and kick eez pads on different rifles with no issues. Any competent gunsmith can install one for you. I don’t follow all of his content but I have recently bought 2 of the backfire pads. I like them and the fit has been great.

I also have a couple backfire pads. The pads are much better than his videos. They're expensive for what they are made out of but they work well. If he has a pre-designed pattern that fits your rifle. Some minor fitting to get the bolts in was required in my case.
