Quiet tape

I recently switched rests to a hamskie micro tune and although I love the rest I now have the issue of my arrow sitting on the riser and it makes noise. Any suggestions for a weather resistant tape to put on the riser to silence it.

I just use regular moleskin from the pharmacy. Holds up great and also inexpensive.
