Question regarding selling of magazines

So the wife has asked that I part ways with some of my hunting magazines. Specifically all of my old issues of GSCO. A while back GSCO sold some back issues on ebay and they sold quite well. Am I allowed to try and sell them on ebay??? I don't want to get sued for infringing on their copywrites

I see ol dcopies of other mags for sale all the time. I don't think it is a problem.

I sold several years worth of RMEF "Bugle" magazine on Ebay awhile back...No probs. As far as copyright issues, I think the only way you can get in trouble is if you duplicate the material and then sell the copies.

Thanks for the input guys. I went ahead and listed a couple back issues of GSCO mags on ebay. If anyone is looking for an issue from 03-07... let me know.
