Today we are having our two year old heffer taken to the butcher hump and in about two weeks or so the freezer will be full again 
Were splitting this heffer with my sister, so were only getting half...
The weather here in nice and frosty this morning...A great day for a farm slaughter hump ..Or should I say that we are going to have a farm harvest
