Please help!! Best boat and motors for under $4000 or $5000

I have a budget of $4000 but can probably get $5000 for a boat to go trolling/jigging on Flaming Gorge, for Kokanee, cutthroats, lakers, rainbows, and Browns. I will probably try to catch some smallies too. I am wanting a motor to get places quick, a gas trolling motor, and an electric motor. Is this possible? Thanks!!!

I live in MN and have had several boats. Lund around here is king, I have an Alumacraft and really like it. For outboard motors there are 3 that no matter the year have been very reliable, they are Yamaha, Suzuki and Honda. I would shy away from the others, they're not all bad but they others have had years where they were junk.

A new bigger 4 stroke outboard will cost almost the entire budget.
