tabasco sauce comes to mind
I like making pepper vinegar with them (or cayenne peppers) - I use it on collards, mustard greens, etc
or pepper jelly is always good

I’ve been tracking meals on this forum for years and I’ve noticed a disproportionate amount of green bean consumption. Green Giant would be wise to advertise on HT.

My older brother Captains a fishing boat - he brought some mahi and tuna back and we made some tasty fish tacos. Pair it with a beer and it’s a pretty good way to celebrate summer winding down.
