Plate ‘em up

I found some roasts I kept off of my 2020 bull so I seasoned em and threw them on the grill. Any hunk of meat that I can keep in 1 chunk I either make like this or make cube steaks out of them. Ground elk burgers are really good, but I like these better. 5E4D14B2-DC94-437D-8CD0-60D411947FDB.jpeg
 
If anybody cares the best way I've found is to sear them in a pan then Sautee in a can of Ro-tel.
That sounds good! So I used to just bread them and fry with onions, the last few years I’ve been just seasoning most of them, and throwing them on the grill. They can be a little “bitey” but nobody in my house complains.
