Pistols, subsonic ammo, cans

Ive heard a lot of talk about semiauto pistols not cycling subsonic ammo etc. FWIW i bought a s&w victory .22lr and with or without a can it cycles ssa no problemo. Just a PSA

Most bulk pack .22lr is going to be subsonic out of pistols, and most .22 pistols will cycle bulk pack to varying degrees. The dedicated subsonic stuff is usually really good quality, and functions well.

FN SLP discontinued?

I was just on the FN website and it states the SLP has been discontinued. Anyone know when it was discontinued and why?

A friend of mine let me shoot his suppressed .22lr pistol and told me beforehand that the action wouldnt cycle with the subsonic ammo. He was right. Cant remember what the gun was, but my victory does not have that problem. Thought it was worth mentioning.
