Why is your suppressor covered like that? Asking because i should be able to pick my first suppressor up sometime here by the end of the year. Wondering if thats something that i should do for some reason im unaware of.
In a hunting situation it wouldn't matter if it's covered, but I use the same suppressor & cover when I shoot PRS matches (on a different rifle). A typical match stage is 9 to 12 shots and the suppressor gets very hot and produces heat waves/mirage in the scope, the cover pretty much takes care of that problem.
