Party Applications

Super simple question(I have a guess) that I have not been able to find a concrete answer to in the Wyoming regs. Do all members in a party application receive a preference point if we don't draw our first choice like you would if you applied as an individual?

My research skills are apparently lacking this sunny Friday morning.

Each person would get their own point.

Everybody has to either select the pp option when they apply, or buy one in the summer if they don't draw.
