Hello all.
Trying to plan a hunt for this fall for my dad and I. We are looking at some tags for this CWMU. Looks like the property is about 20k acres and the dates for the hunt would be November 6-10. I’m just looking for some general info on this hunt such as the the deer population and maybe what is an average size buck for this type of hunt. Or if anybody has had good or bad experiences with this property. From what I’ve gathered so far it seems like the near by public lands hold a fair amount of deer but nothing overly huge as far as bucks go, along with pretty heavy hunting pressure so I would think a lot of deer would be pushed onto a property like this to escape the hunters on the public land.
