Oyster Mushrooms!

We haven’t had any luck on the morel front yet, but the family has been finding Oysters like crazy! Between frying, drying, and pizzas they are living well off the land! Not much better than a batch of Buffalo fried mushrooms!!

Those look delicious. Our hot humid weather has the oysters going here!

Found a couple trees with at least 20 lbs on each of the golden oysters!

Looks great! Oyster mushrooms are one of my favorite. I have yet to find any golden oysters, but hope to come across them someday.
