One of the coolest things I've ever been remotely associated with just happened.....

This is especially going out to any HTers that are into wrestling. A very good friend of mine from my days at Ball State has a nephew who is quite the wrestler.... as a matter of fact, as of today he is...... a WORLD CHAMPION!!!!! Stevan Micic of Indiana 's Hanover Central High School just won gold for Serbia!!!! Great young man and family. I know his uncle Savo is about to bust with pride.

Micic had a hell of a semifinal match to come back, scoring an exposure as time expired to win.

In other matches the u.s. had 3 world champions, 1 silver, and 2 bronze in men’s freestyle with past world and Olympic champion Kyle Snyder still competing tomorrow for bronze.

The women just started today and will have 1 going for gold and one for bronze.

There are also several U.S college wrestlers wrestling for other countries Sebastian Rivera who wrestled at northwestern and Rutgers won gold earlier too.
