OKE buys MMP

Wow. I need to find out more about what this means. OKE is my largest stock holding in my 401k and has done well for me. If anyone sees info that explains the merger details that will happen let me know. It appears OKE is doing the buying. So will I get MMP stock from this deal? MMP is up 14% premarket and OKE down 6%

You won't notice a difference in your account, other than the drop in OKE price, for a while. It appears MMP holders will get OKE stock and some cash in the transaction.
