NY Ducks - Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge?

Has anyone hunted this? Is it necessary to have a boat to hunt this area?

I have hunted Montezuma. A canoe will work a lot better then a boat. You also need a waterfowl ID card. A dog would also be very helpful. Send me a message if you have any more questins.
