Hunter harassment is the easy one. Extortion is illegal too, I think.

Think the harassment charge against the landowner has more merit than the charges against he hunters. But it will come down to whether the Minnesota guys are on his land or not. If they were on his land (however slight) don't think the harrasment charge can stick because they have to be legal hunters for that to be valid. May just be a civil case in the long run.

pretty sure the follow up video said they didn’t know if any changes were be filed on either party. That it was in the county’s hands at that point. Will be interesting to see how it all ends up

Don't know if that would constitute extortion in that state. Depends on the ND statute.
Is the landowner acting like a Richard Cranium? No doubt, but may not constitute a crime.

I don't think some grass lying on his corn stalks is going to stick as a trespassing charge. Then again, the yahoo in WY thinks that his air was damaged, so who knows.
