In the 90s my dad used to have handloads for his 300 WM, he kept the bullets in case he ever started reloading himself. The bullets are norma dual-core. Does anybody know anything about them? Are they similar to partitions?

They are similar. There is no partition. The lead in the front half is very low in antimony and will expand readily. The lead in the back half is high in antimony and should stay with the jacket and deform very little. They are likely more accurate than a partition.

More similar to the Speer dual density Grand Slam or Original Trophy Bonded Bearclaw.
They are all bonded, with a hardened lead pour first in the shank and then a soft lead pour in the nose.
I would use them in a heartbeat.
