I had the privilege of helping a good friend get his 1st deer ever this morning. We've been friends for many yrs, but he's mainly a bird hunter. He thought dressing a deer was too gross. 3 weeks ago he called me and asked me to take him deer hunting for the 1st time. He scored permission to a nice piece of forest and crop land in MN. Hopefully he is hooked cause he keeps retelling the story!
