Most of the newer bows have such top end balance you can shoot without a stabilizer. I shot my buddies NEW Mathews the other day & it torques the hell out of your wrist. I told him he needed to take the stabilizer off. More guys are starting to shoot without them, as it's lighter & you don't really need to stabilizing anything nowadays.
