New Toy!!!!!

Got a new toy!!! All American Pressure Canner 930. Holds 16 wide mouth quart jars!!!. Can’t wait to start using it. Going to do a test run on venison in a few days!!!

The challenge now is finding wide mouth lids. My wife has been looking for months. We just ran out a few weeks ago. They are about as rare as powder and primers.

Most Walmart’s here in San Antonio have the lids. I’ve never done this on my own, helped my cousin a few times. The reason is, between myself, son, grandson, parents, friends ..... we process a BUNCH of venison and freezer space is premium so I’ve been wanting other ways to store it for all of us. Not to mention all the other applications; vegetables, beans, fish, chicken. Going to take her on the maiden voyage later today, so stand by for further updates.

Love it!!! Would get it again but this one’s going strong. Always a supply of different beans, meats, n veg jarred on the shelf
