New Mexico 16B

I am applying for a New Mexico rifle hunt. Gila National Forest. Options are 16A, 16B, 16C,16D and 16E. Timing options are Oct 11-15 OR Oct 18-22. Currently I'm leaning more toward unit 16B (which also allows unit 22). HERE IS MY QUESTION.....does anyone know how many out of state applications are submitted for the first week vrs the second week?? I can't find this information anywhere?? New Mexico issues 160 total tags per week. Obviously the first week probably allows for slightly less shy elk, but if my odds are significantly higher the second week, that may be a fair trade off. Does anyone know if this info is published?? Any other thoughts you all may have please share. Thanks!

The NR odds are soo slim for either season it prob wouldnt matter that much. Put in for whichever one fits your schedule better.
