New Guy from Washington

Hello all. I am a newbie to HT but also Oregon. Got my otc archery elk and deer tags and would appreciate some advice on where to go. I live in Hillsboro and time is limited. Not real keen on hunting solo but don’t really have a choice right now. Some specifics - how to navigate through the private land. Where to find elk and deer. And what species of deer can I expect to see. Any insight would be very helpful and appreciated. Thanks.

Use for search tool to find posts about what you want to learn. Read posts, respond respectfully and thoughtfully. It‘s hunting. You need to be strategic and patient. With time people will share more, but if you push it you’ll just spook ‘em.
