I am new to the group, and excited to have a venue to share thoughts and ideas. I have been elk hunting my whole life, but have really been serious about it for about 10-12 years now - after going to college in Colorado. I have just started to mule deer hunt, and also went on my first pronghorn hunt this year. I spend most of my time outdoors in New Mexico and Colorado. I was a fly fishing guide for 3.5 years, and also love spending time on our raft. I don't have any experience bird hunting, outside of chasing grouse around and using it as an excuse to scout for the upcoming elk season. I bring a lot of lessons learned from the school of hard knocks from my successes and failures hunting.
