Very well could be. I just got the alert in my state email so it should of been a fairly fresh topic. I don't look at all the topics already posted, just the ones that pertain to me or catch my eye. As many topics as they have in this forum, it's too much work to check them all before posting.

This bill failed to pass today. Won't see it again for another year. Something like it comes up every year.

Least you now have until May 8 to modify or cancel your application. Better than nothing, but I agree with you fully. We should know the dates and rules at time of application and that is for us resident types too.
