Nevada 061/071 archery cow

Drew a cow tag this year. Copper mountain in 071 seems to be the most common area to come up in my research. Has anyone else hunted these units in early August?

Sounds like you’re looking at the right spots. I’ve hunted the unit and was going to send you a PM, but looked at the NDOW hunter information sheet before doing so. All the info on the hunt information sheet is good.

Expect other people in the area. It is what it is, there will still be elk in the usual places regardless.

Thanks, Waterfowl. The first thing I did was print off that hunter info from NDOW. Sounds like I'm on the right track.
