Need some advice on CO elk unit 47

Looking for some advice in the above unit. Not looking to take over anyone spots I have an area in mind and would like to run it by some ppl who know the area. I been to this unit before on the one side trying a new spot. If you would like to chat about it please send me a pm. Thank you and good luck to all this year!

Looks like a lot of miles on foot or horse will be called for regardless! Beautiful area, I hiked but never hunted it, just recall it being one of my first experiences seeing elk tracks on impossibly steep slopes and going "really?". Of course, now I know that's normal. Good luck and if you have any fishing tips for the unit, let me know, I believe I remember some small, pretty streams in those "hills" and wish I had paused to try them (almost 30 years ago).
