MT bear hunt..need zone info...

so for an OTC non resident bear hunt....is there a specific area in region 3 that anyone would suggest? i've driven through there before but never been in the woods south of Bozeman so i can't really tell what the terrain is like. going to park the truck and camp with a wall tent and hike/hunt for about 8 days. don't plan on spiking out...just head out during the day and return to camp at night. would rather have an area that's not crawling with hunters....maybe a little more rugged with stiff open terrain that doesn't get as much traffic.

i'm looking for a start point in region 3...south of bozeman maybe........any info would help
