Montana Sheep Applications

I am thinking it would be a good idea to start applying for a sheep tag in Montana..just in case I could possibly get incredibly lucky! Has to happen to somebody right?
I was wondering what it costs to apply in Montana for sheep? From what I could see, it looks like you pay the whole cost up front and have to purchase a $10 conservation license to apply. Also, it looks like the bonus point is $20. Is this correct, that after the refund, it would only cost $30?

You gotta apply to play. That begin said, it seems like western draws are really a legal pyramid scheme, specifically true preference systems. Look at the numbers for a true preference system, pretty scary. I will keep donations rolling though, as failure only occurs when you try.
