Montana Leftover elk or big game combo

Hey guys..when do the leftover tags go on sale after the draw results come out? First week of May? I know the demand for tags increases every year but does anyone think there will be any big game combo tags leftover or will it more than likely just be elk combo leftover tags?? Thanks!

I thought last year or the year before they went back to the alternate sign up for leftovers because they had more demand. But heck I'm not sure it's been so jacked up the last few years. One year I know you could sign up for alternate turned in tags and they showed leftover otc tags for sale. I know in myfwp it shows an alternate sign up block.

The alternate list opens may 1 and closes a month and a half later I think. It's on the FWP page.
