Montana Deer Draw

Anyone know the odds of drawing a non-res deer license in Montana in 2016 and 2015?

I've bumbled around the MT FWP site and can't find it. I found the odds for special permits, but I'm looking for how many applied and how many were issued a non-res general deer license.

I believe there were leftover NR general deer tags. So the odds were 100%.

You're odds of drawing a deer combo in the general non res draw are about 100%. The drawing has already been held, and I think all leftovers have been sold.
