Mining Harvest Reports Help

Anybody have any suggestions on how to use Colorado's P&W's hunt recap summaries in a useful way? I mined Montana's seasonal recap into a useful excel spreadsheet (or PDF). Whereas Colorado only does a link to an already established reports. Any suggestions on how to mine Colorado's harvest reports?
